An important step in developing effective engagement with stakeholders of the education system; unveiling of the new version of the Textbook Content Survey System of the Organization for Educational Research and Planning

The new version of the Textbook Content Survey System has been unveiled by the Organization for Educational Research and Planning, with the aim of improving the quality of collecting and reviewing feedback from students, parents, educators, and stakeholders of the education system.

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Office of the Organization for Educational Research and Planning, the Textbook Content Survey System—initially launched and made available to the public in the second half of the Iranian year 1401 has become one of the most important platforms for interaction and dialogue between educational system stakeholders and textbook authors.

The new version of this system has been designed and implemented to enhance service quality, facilitate user access, and increase the effectiveness of the feedback collection process.

Key features of this version include a redesigned and streamlined interface, improved user-friendliness, faster access to different sections, the ability to submit feedback in the shortest possible time, and an overall enhanced user experience. Additionally, the feedback collection process has been redesigned in a more specialized manner to allow expert authoring groups of textbooks to analyze and review submitted opinions with greater accuracy and speed.

In the new version, modules for vocational and technical fields have also been incorporated into the system, enabling students, teachers, and specialists in these areas to submit practical feedback and suggestions regarding educational and skills-based content.

The purpose of launching and developing this system is to continuously receive opinions, suggestions, questions, and concerns from students, parents, educators, and education system stakeholders—and to have these perspectives analyzed and reviewed by the specialized textbook authoring groups.

The Organization for Educational Research and Planning, emphasizing the importance of stakeholder participation in the process of improving and updating educational content, considers the development of this system as an effective step toward strengthening two-way interaction with its audience and enhancing the quality of the country's textbooks.
