Observing the 27^th of February, the Rearing Day and the beginning of the Islamic rearing week, I appreciate the lofty souls of the late Imam Khomeini and martyrs Raja'ee and Bahonar who founded the section of rearing affairs in the educational system.

This week is a precious occasion for educators to create a climate of dialog, exchange of ideas and productive criticism to inspect the ways of improving quality of rearing affairs activities.

I wish my colleagues in the education and particularly the in the rearing affairs increasing success and progress in reaching the peaks of awareness and new horizons of knowledge.
