“Dialogue among Cultures and Religions” Int’l Forum in Jordan

According to ISESCO, the program has been organized by the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) in cooperation with Jordan’s Minister of Culture.
The Royal-Cultural Center of the city is hosting the two-day forum which will conclude today, October 5.
A group of cultural, academic and diplomatic figures as well as intellectuals from Arab and Muslim countries have participated in the program.
Various aspects of Jordan’s experience in the dissemination of Islamic culture and paving the ways for making use of noble human values through dialogue, coexistence and mutual respect are investigated in the forum.
The international program aims to develop love for national culture, establish the concept of a democracy which respects human rights and variety of viewpoints, disseminate the culture of dialogue, forgiveness and increase inter-cultural relations.

Investigation of world developments in making relations and communications and introduction of Arabic-Islamic culture to the world are among the objectives of the program.
Abdulaziz Hamid Al-Jaburi, a member of ISESCO’s regional office in Sharjah, represents the organization in the forum.
