Addressing teachers who are to take up assignments in overseas schools, Khalilollah Babalou further said that teachers should know their duties to the nation so they can fulfill their duties well abroad.
Since Iran has turned the threats into opportunities in scientific, nanotechnology and medicine fields, it has become a successful model across the region, he pointed out.
He said teachers should preserve cultural values and identity.
Overseas schools should prioritize standardizing, he said, noting, "Please visit the schools of the host nations and report their achievements to the Education Ministry's Office for International Affairs so that the experience can be used in their future plans.
"You should make plan for all educational, cultural and training affairs of students who study abroad."
He said 126 Iranian educational institutes are operating across 76 nations.
The deputy education minister for international affairs and overseas schools said last June that about 14,000 Iranian students are studying abroad.
Shahin Noushabadi made the remarks in a ceremony to unveil Qur'anic packages for overseas schools donated by the Education Ministry.
At a time when the world is facing the ominous phenomenon of terrorist Takfiri groups disgracing the divine book, the presentation of such packages is quite meaningful for university students, he added.
"We see some kind of limitations in Qur'anic activities in schools in foreign countries, so the Foreign Ministry helps coordinate the teaching of the Holy Qur'an and promoting Qur'anic culture."
He said that the body organized contest on Holy Qur'an studies for students in the German port city of Hamburg, in the current year.
The package included Qur'an for teachers, Qur'an for students, 60,000 software packages, and a collection of four volume religious books, Qur'an in Braille with smart pen.
