He made the remarks in a ceremony to unveil Quranic package for schools in foreign countries donated by deputy Education Minister for Cultural Affairs.
At a time when the world is facing with the ominous phenomenon that the extremist Takfiri groups disgraced the divine book, presenting such packages is very meaningful for the university students, he added.
'We see some kind of limitations in Quranic activities at schools of foreign countries, so the Foreign Ministry helps coordinate teaching the Holy Quran and development of Quranic culture.'
He said that the body organized contest on holy Quran studies for the students in Port City of Hamburg, Germany in the current year.
The package included Quran for teachers, Quran for students, 60,000 software packages, and a collection of four volume religious books, Quran in Braille with smart pen.
