The head of Organization for Development, Renovation and Equipping Schools of Tehran province Ali Shahri said: one school is being built in Tehran with the “Green Approach”. “The building of Green Schools is left to Organization for Development, Renovation and Equipping schools. All factors of Green Management will be implemented in the building of them”, Shahri added.
Ali shahri noted: we should build Green Schools in a way that leads to saving of water and energy. These schools should enjoy proper lighting and green space. Elsewhere Shari said: our new project to build a Green School is a big one and takes nearly 2 years.
“At the Green School, students will become familiar with environmental education”, Shahri added. Ali Shari also said: we have special programs for teachers and student to promote ways for saving energy and water.
