Iran Cultural Fairs Institute (ICFI) has selected Saeedeh Sabetnia and Tahereh Zahmatkesh as the two illustrators representing Iran at Beijing International Book Fair this year. The works of the Iranian illustrators have also been accepted at Bologna Illustrators Exhibition 2016.
Zahmatkesh has got MA in Imaging; her work has been accepted at the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition 2016; she has illustrated the book The Mirror of time and has attended the Amida Illustration Group Exhibition.
Saeedeh Sabetnia is a graphic expert and has illustrated many books including Ye Ghol Do Ghol, Crazy Bear and Frogs Have TOEFL Exam.
Sabetnia has attended Illustration Exhibition in Belgrade in 2012 and Italy's Bologna Illustrators Exhibition in 2016.
Beijing International Book Fair will be held on August 24-28. Iranian pavilion in this exhibition is launched for free based on a MoU to exchange pavilions between Tehran International Book Fair and Beijing International Book Fair.
Iranian Cultural Fairs Institute will attend the event on behalf of Iranian publications.
