He also said that education has developed enormously after the Islamic revolution and currently more than 13 million students are studying at 105 thousand schools with about a million teachers.
Fani added that the essence of Education Fundamental Transformation Charter is realization of educational fairness and enhancing the quality of education; therefore, accordingly five policies have been adopted including improving management of schools, reorganizing and improving human resources, operational budgeting, increasing partnership, and decentralization.
Fani also pointed to the national reports submitted to int'l organizations such as UNESCO and UNICEF containing educational achievements and added Iran is prepared to transfer successful experiences to other countries.
