Explaining teachers collaboration in compilation of textbooks, Dr. Mohammadian added: This collaboration has been pursued in 19 provinces and will continue throughout the year.
Head of OERP continued: Since teachers needed to get familiarize with new textbooks, there were more than 2000 hours of orientation classes held for senior teachers of provinces and they can convey their knowledge to other teachers as well.
Dr. Mohammadian announced establishment of "Evaluation Website" for textbooks and said: Every chapter of new books is posted in this site as soon as it's ready, so everyone specially teachers may survey and evaluate them promptly.
He also announced establishment of "Textbook Sale Website" for elementary and pre-university grades and called it a big step toward reducing time and expenses of students and parents and remarked: As soon as a student is signed up in school, he is automatically registered in this site for relevant textbooks.
