In realization of fundamental evolution of education system utilizing various educational media especially attractive and impressive media of film and cinema is an indispensable necessity and Roshd International Film Festival for educational movies as the first and the eldest Iranian film festival and the most effective gathering of educational directors and teacher-student filmmakers of Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the most outstaning cultural events in art calendar of our ancient country. Managing and administrating of 46th round of this magnificent festival was concurrent with moharram month and Ashura the anniversary of the martyrdom of imam Hussein (AS) and 72 of his noble companions in Karbala consequently thses days are scented with the glorious names and memories of imam Hossein and Hazrat Zeinab (AS) and committed artists and competent filmmakers should do their best to reflect thses heavenly lessons as the best instance of purified life (Hayate Tayebbeh) in their artistic works and manifest thses ideas to their audience by using the magic of the seventh art.
Undoubredly cinema as an educational media which helps the education and training of next generation of Islamic Republic of Iran needs a control room and today. Roshd International Film Festival undertakes this significant responsibility. This festival is quite well known among both national international artists filmmakers and educational experts and many of the prizs winners of this festival in previous years are now honored among the most famous and successful figures of sublime art in our Islamic country.
Supporting valuable works of highly cultured and educated Iranian filmmakers and introducing student filmmakers to the society is a valuable responsibility of Roshd Film Festival and achieving this goal needs comprehensive supports of each and every parts and sections of the ministry of education and it is of high importance that everyone within the great family of the ministry of education supports this cultural event as much as possible to pave the way for Iranian students to enjoy learning innovatively and to see the beauties of the world from a new perspective .
