Abdolhosein Naffisi was never an employee of the ministry of education, however he has played a major role in almost all vital decision makings and macro planning measures in the educational system, including planning the new system of secondary education and developing Education Fundamental Transformation Charter. His productive cooperation with research groups in the fields of TV education, educational economics and educational planning and development started 20 years ago and is well going on. In all periods of his life from his childhood, he has always been demonstrating a self-actualized personality.
