*Choosing the principals of schools by teachers
*the principals of schools should be able to create wealth based on the rules of schools
*After the creation of wealth, the principals of schools should be able to implement a system for encouragement and evaluation
*The principals of schools should be authorized to spend for employees and other issues
*The partnership in the affairs of schools should also be taken into account
