ADiscourse, a prerequisite for trust

Reliable and trusted atmosphere is not saturated, and our today's organizations need it. The need for trust and confidence in today's organizations is more than necessary and its lack or lack of  its emphasis has left a lot of moral and material damages in many aspects. Managers and organizational leaders must be able to motivate the trust of employees, stakeholders in order to make them more committed to fulfilling their obligations. What can bring about trust is "organizational discourse."

Friendship, engagement, comprehensiveness, and purposefulness are the four dimensions by which the  commited leaders of organizations can help build and increase trust in the organization. Friendship is the closeness of individuals to each other, with the flourishing of individual discourse. Whenever friendship prevails in discourses, decision-makers gain the trust of subordinates. .

So, by expanding organizational discourse with the help of four elements of intimacy, engagement, comprehensiveness and purposefulness, we can expand and inject the atmosphere of trust into today's organizations and thereby increase their productivity.
