He acknowledged the assistance and cooperation of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran granted to people and the government of Afghanistan and considered Iran as the best source of assistance because of lingual, religious and cultural similarities between the two countries.
Referring to the long unrest in Afghanistan, he asked for dispatching Iranian lecturers and scholars to Afghanistan. He considered exchange of experts as an important step towards cultural interaction and invited the head of OERP for a visit to Afghanistan.
