According to OERP Public and International Relations the advisor to the minister of education of Afghanistan met Dr. Mohyeddin Bahram Mohammadian at OERP. In the meeting, Dr. Mohammadian introduced the missions and activities of the organization to the Afghan delegation and expressed readiness of his organization to cooperate with the Afghan side in the fields of training experts and developing textbooks. He pointed to the cultural similarities of the two neighboring countries and declared preparation for providing educational assistance to Afghanistan.
Seyed Ahmad Ashrafi, the advisor to the minister of education of Afghanistan appreciated the Iranian government and people for providing cultural and scientific assistance to Afghanistan.
