He also pointed out that the educational system constitutes the infrastructure for human resources of a country and added that ministry of education deals with 13 million students, one million teachers and more than 20 million parents, and that families entrust their children as their most valuable belongings to schools.
He remarked that in 2003, one third of schools were up to standard but currently two third of schools are up to standard. He expressed hopes that through cooperation of the government and people, all learning environments throughout the country can reach the required standards by the end of the sixed development program ending in 2020.
