Ali Baqerzadeh, director of the Literacy Movement Organization of Iran, explained that the new project is still in the research phase and has been technically and legally approved.
After being fully developed the application will be available on cell phones, he said, adding that 100 individuals will receive e-training courses in the first stage, Baqerzadeh added.
After analyzing the results of the pilot program and in case the project proved to be effective both money and time wise it will enter the full-scale implementation phase, he noted.
