Book on Islamic jurisprudence published in New Delhi

According to the public relations office of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Seyyed Ali Muhammad Naqvi, Dean of the Faculty of Shia Theology at Aligarh Muslim University, is the author of the book.
An introduction to jurisprudence, history of jurisprudence and various schools of jurisprudence in India are included in the scholarly work.
The author has discussed Hanafi school of thought in three different periods and introduces some of the jurists of those periods such as Qazi Minhaj Seraj Jorjani, Mowlana Burhanuddin Balkhi, Sheikh Abdulhaq Muhaddith Dehlavi and Shah Valiullah Dehlavi.
The book also covers discussions on Shafe’i school of thought and Sufi orders such as Chishti, Suhrawardi, Naqshbandi, Khojas and Deoband school of thought and finnally Shia jurisprudence and jurists such as Seyyed Deldar Ali Ghufran Maab, Sultan-ul-Ulama Seyyed Muhammad and Seyyed-ul-Ulama Seyyed Hussein and children of Sultan-ul-Ulama.
The 136-page book has been published by Al-Huda International Publications affiliated to ICRO.
