He referred to Education Fundamental Transformation Charter and said that this document, developing and approving of which took ten years, stipulates six developmental domains including scientific and inquiry development domain. He suggested if students are accustomed to thinking, reflection and inquiry activities, this domain can be accomplished. He considered the festivals of Jaber-ebne-Hayyan for primary level, adolescent Khwarizmi for middle school students and young Khwarizmi for high school students, in addition to 500 working student research centers, as instances of such an effort.
He quoted the supreme leader as saying 'educational system must develop creation an innovation instead of memorizing' and said, 'this is our approach in compiling textbooks, particularly in primary and middle school levels'.
