According to Ana News Agency's social media reporter, Ali Zarafshan, the deputy director of the Ministry of Education's high school education, attended the news conference with the participation of media associates, and said: "Promoting school management will be the most important axis of education activities this year. Various programs will be implemented in this area, most notably the excellence in school management, which has been around for the past four years, but this year, it will be generalized in the first and second year high school. Empowerment and programming is one of the goals of this plan, and it is a symbol of the independence of the pivotal management system, which can provide the participation of all the components of the school in school management and make us successful in reaching an effective school. The second plan is the process of selecting and appointment of managers for the current year and this program will be implemented using capacities but by voluntary method. In fact, in this process the schools whose heads are scheduled for the academic year 97-98, they announce for volunteers to take responsibility after entering interviews and examinations for school management. So far, three thousand and sixty schools have been called upon by the director, and more than 11,000 volunteers have been volunteered for their selection process, and a test will be held on them soon to select the appropriate managers."
Zarafshan said that, selecting and appointing suitable managers among the educational experts is one of the ways of participation of cultural colleagues in school management and said that by the process of choosing managers from the cultural community, meritocracy is strengthened.
He cited the professional qualifications of managers as another programs and said: "There are good things to do in this area, so that we can use a variety of managerial approaches for schools management. Over the past four years, we have been looking at the development of quantitative and qualitative research amongst students, in which we have also had good cooperation with the Vice President of Science and Technology, which has led to the promotion of festivals, scientific and skillful competitions."
"We support the ideas of the students, and we will soon launch the patent system and try to commercialize their ideas," said the deputy director of the Ministry of Education's Department of Education on commercializing the ideas and products in support of the Iranian goods.
At the end , he said," With regard to the situation of boarding schools, this year, the contribution for boarding schools to the budget is threefold, and we strive to make use of this capacity for students, and help them."
