Competition leads the system towards learning.

Meeting of thought with the presence of Professor Kourosh Fathi on the issue of generational differences and the emergence of the management education teaching paradigm for learning management in the afternoon MoMondain 4th of January 2019 took place in the auditorium assembly hall with the presence of a group of experts, managers and experts from inside and outside of the Organization.

At the meeting, Dr Fathi first cited the challenges of human life that would overwhelm all of the educational system, including: Environment, Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence and Nuclear Energy.

He believes that the culture of teaching  shoud be replaced by a culture of learning. In the culture of learning, there is no meaning in time and space; education is permanent and non-focused, and based on the transfer of meaning, with the aim of effecting and achieving the result and in terms of merit; while the education culture is dependent on the teacher and the book, time and space, in which the core skills and knowledge transfer are important.

"We need to develop the technology of learning and, moreover, we will see schoolchildren and disappointment among our managers, teachers and students," he emphasized. We need to rethink about our school system of education and the choice of our teachers, because our educational system is far behind the world of science and technological advancements in the world."
