In an interview with News Network TV, Dr. Mohammadian said that OERP included economic issues in textbooks appropriate for students' age and grade since the supreme leader first raised such issues, reported by OERP Public and International Relations.
He added that learning is a duty in Islamic teachings as the holy Prophet stipulated this first and the same is working and making efforts for a living. He also gave some examples of Persian poems referring to importance of work and struggle.
He further said that such topics are integrated in elementary textbooks however a separate textbook was compiled for secondary level in this regard.
