final day of the 32nd Forum of Heads of Education Departments Minister of Education, Dr. Aliasqar Fani addressed Ayattollah Hashemi Rafsanjani, President of the Expediency Council and said, "the attendees are 750 heads and managers of education departments throughout the country that make the administrative layer of the Ministry of Education."
Pointing out the spread of educational system across the country he added, "education bears responsibility of developing culture and teaching and training manpower in 105 thousand schools by about one million personnel."
Addressing Ayattollah Hashemi Rafsanjani he added, "your Excellency were the first who admitted that educational expenditure is an investment and it shows your profound insight about the educational system and our children."
