Distribution of the Upper secondary courses based on the national balanced development needs

“Few years have passed since the enforcement of the fundamental transformation document by the ministry of education. In pursuance of that mission we have devised the national curricula.” Hojjatol – eslam Bahram Mohammadian said in a meeting held in the Isfahan province education council.

The head of OERP adds: “for realizing this goal which is  competence- oriented  , we have predicted 11 learning domain including thinking, Holy Quran and Islamic knowledge, mathematics, experimental sciences, health and hygiene , history, work and technology, life skills and foreign languages.” 

these 11 learning domain may be  expanded or contracted in each academic level so that the upper secondary level make the students ready for entering  universities, and the technical and vocational courses provide them with skills  required  for the labor  market. we have embarked on launching the critics group of textbooks in order to criticize the books based on definite indicators.

The Head of OERP mentioned to the dominant principles over the textbooks which encompasses the fundamental transformation document, national curriculum, the Supreme Leader’s general policies and the employment and population general guidelines.

 He mentioned to the production of 300 newly – compiled textbooks for 2017-18 academic year and said:” we are looking for persuading the students for attending the technical and vocational and work and knowledge courses in order to take steps towards employment and production of wealth”.To that aim, fostering the culture of families, equipment of the technical- vocational schools in different courses and hiring the skilled human resources are of high importance.
