He pointed to Jaber-ebne Hayyan Institutes for elementary students, Khwarizmi Festivals and Student Olympiads and remarked that these measures target finding and developing talents.
He also pointed to more than 500 working Student Research House and announced that the policy of the government is to increase the number so that all educational districts throughout the country have at least one research house.
