In an interview with Fars News education reporter, Director General of the Bureau of Compiling Primary and Theoretical Secondary Textbooks, Dr Mahmud Amani Tehrani said, "we have produced a number of educational films to support classroom teaching that can be used in the process of learning."
He added, "for now, teachers need to show teaching aid films prepared for the subjects of science, thinking and research, reflection, and life style at grades six to eight as well as social studies at grades three through eight that have components like film in addition to the textbooks."
He further added, "also we have made educational films to guide teachers how to teach different topics. At present, we have a collection of teaching guides for grades one through eight mathematics on a page by page basis."
He noted, "now, we have many films for grades four and eight, a lot of which could be downloaded from the OERP Roshed website."
He stipulated, "teachers can easily go to www.roshd.ir and download the films. Such facilities have been accelerating in the course of time and the media produced will increase."
Dr Amani said, "we are producing educational films, grade by grade, for all newly compiled textbooks at the OERP now."
Director General of the Bureau of Compiling Primary and Theoretical Secondary Textbooks noted, "one way is to download the materials from the web address mentioned before. The other way is to visit the Madreseh Publications distribution center where all materials produced by or accredited by the OERP could be found. Soon, these materials could be obtained via the internet too."
