In the other section of the Research Institute of Education Studies, we have 5 educational research institutes, educating extraordinary children, bilingual family and research center of Tabriz. It should also be noted that content creation is not enough, and all departments of the Ministry of Education, managers and teachers must help. Because, even the best content, if not properly taught, or teachers lack the skills and ability to transfer it to students, the goals of education will not be realized.
