He also said, "if we want to make an evolution in the political and economic sectors of the country, the bases of such intellectual and developmental movement must be founded in education. Therefore teacher's job is a great and effective one."
He also stressed the communication age and new changes in the world that consequently necessitate new duties for education and added, "we have to develop creativity and innovation in students. Local education should try in the areas of empowerment, creativity and entrepreneurship. We are all optimistic about the Education Fundamental Transformation Charter that is hopefully to be accomplished by teachers."
He further added, "in the scope of development of the country, there are certain defects. It appears that there is a need for the culture of organizational commitment to be generated. No workload should be laid down. Achievement motivation, sense of responsibility and organizational commitment should be enhanced in all citizens. This remains on education to find its own mechanism and this is of course feasible."
