Transferring power to provinces, relieving teachers from bureaucracy, equipping teachers with up to date knowledge and trainings are some of 11th government achievements. Elevating teachers’ position and their livelihood are serious goals of the ministry pursued through “Effective Management of Resources” and “Resourcing Methods” and I hope we would reform educational system with support of government and parliament, added the Minister.
Referring to the 6th development program, Ashtiani said: according to one of this program’s articles, teachers’ payment system would be separated from other educational staff and any action leading to enriching quality of education is considered in this article.
Before minister’s speech, some of reperesentatives discussed their own provinces’ issues with the minister and at the end of ceremony; Dr. Ashtiani expressed his appreciation by presenting commendation tablets to the teachers’ representatives.
