Speaker of the parliament of Iran added: Before revolution our country was relying on foreigners and there was not room for development, but today there are reforms in every field. Islamic Republic benefits a great and noble leader and we should be grateful for this blessing.
Stressing that Islamic Republic is a democratic system, Larijani continued: Currently, there are conditions available for scientific growth and improvement and we should take advantage of this situation to remove obstacles and solve the problems.
Reminding that 1/10th of country’s budget is allocated to Education, which is added by 30,000 billion Rials, recently, he said: Of course, educational system still faces lots of problems and to remove these problems, development must be increased. We are a rich country with professional and expert human resource.
Emphasizing proper use of time, Larijani said: One of the most important factors in success is living wisely and according to a plan, successful people make a bright future for themselves by a wise and precise planning. Proper use of time is also very important for students and they should also concentrate on studying alone.
