The forty-seventh international festival of scientific and educational films of Roshd is being held as the determined and luminous face of the martyr Hojaji, has been transmitted to the world through the media and still manifested in the minds of the noble people of Iran and the good people of the world.
On the other hand, holding this festival in the holy city of Mashhad, as the capital of Islamic culture, suggests that the International Film Festival has provided a great opportunity for education and academics to create an effective platform for the exchange of Islamic culture with the full participation of young filmmakers and artists, and the cooperation of all the activists in this field who will introduce the festival's finest and best performances to the audience and interested parties; as this festival has long been considered with high regards by a wide range of national and international artists and experts and elites in the field of scientific and cultural education.
I pray to Allah Almighty for the felicity and happiness of the great community of Iranian educational system, teachers, students and the committed artists.
