Farhad Karimi, the head of Research Center of the Ministry of Education has said: one of the most important challenges of the education system is KonKour(Iranian University Entrance Exam). “This exam leads to weakening the outputs of education system”, he added.
Karimi says: feelings and emotions, critical thinking, and decision-making power, cannot be controlled in this exam. Karimi also believes Konkour results in emotional tensions in families, mental and physical harm, aggression and the weakening of self-esteem.
Elsewhere Farhad Karimi said: the experiences of other countries also confirm the negative impact of Konkour.
