Dr. Mohammadian at the opening ceremony of the forty-seventh International Film Festival in Mashhad said: “Educational films are not for business to earn their capital, so for their production should be considered as an urgent need. As we invest in books, magazines and other educational packages for teachers, we have to invest in the production of educational films.”
He said: The Film Festival aims to bring education and learning and basic concepts of education closer to the student's academic life.
He pointed out that the Document on the transformation of education recommended that education system should use a variety of teaching, since classes and textbooks are not the only environment for learning, but all school space and the school environments are educational environments.
He also added: “Sound, light and image can, by combining meaning, be the closest means and environment for the education.”
