He described ministry of education as the widest and most important administrative department that has about 40 million direct clients, including 13 million students and 26 million parents as well as one million employees.
He remarked that throughout the country, there are less than 5 thousand schools with less than 5 students and even 110 single-student schools working besides 105 thousand normal schools and considered this as a sign of approaching educational justice.
In his speech he mentioned Dr. Shokuhi, the first minister of education after the Islamic revolution who comes from the South Khorasan province and considered school building as a remaining good job that serves many for a long time.
