Elementary and intermediate educations are the rail road of development and academic education is its train

According to the Public Relations of the Ministry of Education reporting from Tehran province, Sayyed Reza Salehi Amiri said at the ceremony for glorifying Teacher’s Week: A society in which, teachers, artists and other elites feel secure to think, write and talk would never be developed.

There have been 13,600 permits for different magazines and newspapers after victory of Islamic Revolution, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance remarked and added: During the four years period of this government, we have issued 6,600 permits for publications which is 47% of the total permits issued in the whole life of Islamic Revolution.

Mentioning that 7,000 out of the total 16,000 art and culture centers in mosques have been established in this period, he continued: Issuing permits for 2,500 Qur’anic institutes and supporting these institutes is one the services provided by 11th administration.

Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance added: 11th administration doesn’t claim to have solved all the problems, but as the Minister of Islamic Guidance, I testify that all members of “Cabinet of Hope and Planning” are working 24/7 to solve these problems.

Salehi Amiri continued: We apologize for all the shortcomings in educational system, for the government doesn’t hesitate to apologize and we believe that changes are necessary in financial issues of educational system.

Human resource development is the foundation for country’s development and it requires “cultural assets” and “cultural assets” are produced in a factory called; Educational System.

Any country that has chosen the right path for development has done it on a background of strong education; Germany has followed this pattern and now is the first European economy. Japan has centered its educational system on research and practical experiences and we may use this model, as well.
