The Iraqi MP made the remarks in a meeting with the head of Iran's Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization Ali Mohammadi in Baghdad on Monday.
In the meeting, the Iraqi envoy called for broadening of mutual relations in culture, Quranic sciences and endowment fields.
'We do appreciate the Iranian government, nation and Supreme Leader for paying due attention to holy religious sites in Iraq,' the Iraqi Member of Parliament said.
He also called for taking advantage of Iran's invaluable experiences in the field of endowment.
