According to Ministry of Education PR and Information Center, Director-General of Ilam Province Department of Education announced that 713 smart classrooms have been equipped across the province to promote computer literacy and address the emerging needs of an information society.
He called the move towards smart schools is a comprehensive and integrated approach and remarked that widely utilizing ICT, coincident with developments in educational approaches, has set the stage for setting up smart schools that are among the key requirements of student-centered societies with an attitude towards learning skills and entrepreneurship.
