According to the OERP Public and International Relations, in the first OERP general meeting of staff, Dr Mohyeddin Bahram Mohammadian wished a happy new year for everyone. He expressed his pleasure for being with the colleagues past the new year holidays and reminded the motto of the year as being "nation-state: empathy and conversation".
He said that every endeavor should be made to apply research findings. He evaluated the activities of the Institute for Educational Studies as positive particularly in the fields of TIMSS and PIRLS assessments and added that all decisions and measures in the OERP should be based on studies and research.
