Head of OERP insisted: Foreign recommendations and prescriptions are not applicable and useful at all, as it has been experienced in last decades. On the other hand, prompting pessimism and encouraging distrust to native resources is another cutting edge for destroying national capabilities which are going to be used in construction of future.
He added: Educational plans, administration’s policies, High level documents, Scientific, economic, social and cultural needs, sanctioned by parliament and other policy making organizations are what determine our priorities.
