Grounds of scientific cooperation with Japan are prepared: Minister

To attain the goal, Iran should make proper and timely planning, said the minister.
Talking about a recent conference in Japan, he said alongside the conference there were useful meetings with ministers of science from different countries on expansion of cooperation.
On the sidelines of the conference, Iran and Japan signed a number of memorandum of understanding (MoUs) on expansion of scientific cooperation between the two sides, said the minister.
