The joint conference of Education Management in Theory and Practice was held with the cooperation of Association for Educational Management of Iran and Farhangian University.
Hossein Khanifar the head of Farhangian University in this conference analyzed the features of educational management and said: managers should be able to work in the age of limitations and endless expectations.
The head of farhangian University added: teachers are powerful educational managers. He emphasized teachers and education system should reinforce participation and creativity of students.
Elsewhere Khanifar said: the condition to activate the creativity of students is their oarticipation in problem-solving activities.
