In the name of God

  I congratulate all of you and wish the best success for all the enthusiasts and enthusiastic attendees.

Being elite is a collection of three attributes of intelligence, talent and good effort for research and work; an admirable work and passion for pursuing; and the wisdom and eagerness of these qualities makes it clear that all of them are the blessings of God which should be spent for the cause of the Lord and for the good of the servants of God,  and must be in the service of the present and future of the society and the country. The Global Biological Olympiad is a field for students to exchange their ideas in the field of biology.

Undoubtedly, the young people participating in this global Olympiad can strive in an internationally important field to focus on the importance of the field of biology and the capabilities of researchers and scientists in this field to address the issues and provide best solutions.

I hope that hosting the Islamic Republic of Iran at this major scientific Olympiad will provide an opportunity for an expert discussion on the quality and quantity of biology education in member countries.

I have strongly advised the Minister of Education, to extend similar programs to other major academic disciplines and, by inviting renowned scholars of the world, inviting passionate and enthusiastic young people to provide the basis for dialogue between cultures. The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, recognizes and welcomes the presence of every single youth and students participating in the Olympiad, and their caretakers, teachers and their accomplices.

I take the opportunity to urge all of you, young elite and promising people of the country's bright future, to create a prestigious homeland with the power of thought and determination that is worthy of this nation and this glorious history.

Indeed, I am confident that we will achieve our true status by using the great talents and abundant capacities that exist in the country.
