According to the Public Relations of Organization for Educational Research and Programming, Alireza Soltani Fard, Executive Manager ICDL Iran says: ICDL Iran Foundation is now amongst a few countries, producing examining software, approved by International Computer Driving License Foundation.
He also said: ECDL approved examining software, produced by ICDL Iran and officially informed ICDL of this approval. This software is designed and produced by software unite of ICDL Iran.
Explaining this software’s characteristics, Executive Manager of ICDL Iran named these items:
- Standardizing appearances and contents of all questions.
- All exams Complying designing principals.
- Realistic environment for exams.
- Exams prompt correction.
- Various reports.
- Direct connection with portal.
- A centralized core for all exams.
- Holding exams in two Online and Offline modes.
- Capability of holding trial exams.
- Variety of exams’ modules including 2013, 2007, E-Kids. Computer Essentials, Online Essentials and E-Citizen.
Design and production of this software began on 1390 (2011-12) and at the end of 1391 (2013) inland execution phase was finalized, then in the middle of 1392 (2013) and within six months, Software Management Portal was designed and from spring of 1393 (2014) process of obtaining approval of ICDL began. Finally, with God’s support and efforts of ICDL Iran, on spring of 1396 (2017) we managed to obtain approval of ICDL.
