ICFI public relations office informed Mehr News of its programs during the fair; “the Institute will hold cultural and literary sessions for the interested public to improve communications between print industry and authors of both nations,” it said.
“Oman was special guest in 28th Tehran International Book Fair held April 2015; improving cultural ties thus constitutes a priority for both sides; the Institute will introduce TIBF, will provide the Muscat Book Fair with more than 400 titles on literature, art, Iranianology, teens and adolescent, etc., in Persian, English, and Arabic; it will also have a general call to domestic publishers to actively participate in the Fair,” added the public relations office.
“A book, in Arabic also, will provide general figures of Iran’s publishing industry, active publishers, and literary associations; the Institute will hold sessions to sell the copy rights of books displayed in the Iran’s pavilion. Among the diverse programs are holding Iran Day, literary sessions and other sideline events,” it said.
