The implementing agency is Khiarat Es-Sebtain Construction Company which will achieve the project within 36 months. The perimeter of the project is 25000 square meters, and the area which will be built is 42000 square meters.
The project is located on Baghdad-Kerbala road, 5 kilometers away from the center of the holy city of Kerbala, and the cost of it is approximately $66 million.
The purpose of erecting such a project is to teach people Quranic knowledge and other religious fields comprehensively.
The project will consist of two colleges, and the capacity of it will be 500 students.
**One of the greatest projects all over Iraq will be the Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him) Complex which will be for Quranic and religious studies.
