Deputy Head of Imam Khomeini Works Compilation Institute Mohammad Reza Abdollahi told IRNA on Thursday that Arabic and English versions of the book ‘Sahife-ye Imam’ in 12 volumes is available in the ongoing cultural event.
Tafsir Qur’an ( interpretation of Qur’an) and Divan ( a selection of poems) of Imam are also on view in the event in English, Arabic and Turkish languages, he said, noting that each work by the late Imam has at least been rendered into three languages.
President Hassan Rouhani opened the 29th Tehran International Book Fair on Tuesday.
Minister of Culture Ali Jannati and Tehran Mayor Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf as well as a number of publishers, media members and country’s officials were present in the opening ceremony.
Tehran International Book Fair is presenting domestic and foreign books as of May 4 for 11 days.
‘Tomorrow Is Too Late to Read’ is the motto of the current international book fair.
