The deputy for Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education Alireza Kamarei in the sideline of the joint gathering of heads and deputies of the Mazandaran province Education Office said: without changing mental indices, FRDE cannot be implemented. Kamarei emphasized the discourse of the FRDE should rule over the minds of all agents of the Ministry of Education.
“FRDE is an Upstream Document which enjoys rich concepts and guides us to follow the right path”, Kamarei added.
Kamarei said: FRDE cannot be implemented as long as we do not change our mental indices. The spirit of FRDE should rule over the education system and its principles should be observed at all levels.
