Intermediate Education in Iran is based on country's future needs

According to the Public Relations of Organization for Educational Research and Programming,Hojjat-ol Islam Dr. Moheyeddin Bahram Mohammadian said in his interview with PANA: There are several educational doctrines but what we seek is the one described in "Reform Statement".

He added: Experts can criticise educational methods but our researches show that general subjects are the best option for Junior High School and that all students should be taught same subjects.

In Senior High, education must be based on student's tendencies and future needs of the country and in accordance with balanced development policies to prepare them for entering academic education or occupation.

Hojjat-ol Islam Mohammadian mentioned that in new intermediate educational system, changing major will not be a problem.
