International Conference on Mathematics kicks off in Yazd

Chairman of Iran's Mathematics Association Mohammad Ali Dehqan said that all issues and existing challenges in the field of mathematics, even employment of graduate students are to be considered by the conference.
Researchers and mathematicians from Australia, Canada, South Korea, Spain, China, Thailand, India, Serbia and Iran took part in the conference.
Totally 1100 articles were delivered to secretariat of the conference in Yazd from which 750 were accepted.
The conference aims to share experience and offer the latest achievements in the field of Mathematics.
A honorary doctorate will be awarded to well-known Australian mathematician Sherrill Elizabeth Perger by the conference, IRNA reporter in Yazd said.
