The First International Forum on Communication and City Art Tourism has been held in Shahr Gallery at Tehran’s Goftegou Park.
Started on January 3 and ended on 4, the event hosted various international urban experts during the first edition of the initiative to introduce new approaches to sustainable development in City Art Tourism.
“New tourism strategies should make citizens feel better,” said Shahram Gilabadi, Head of the Communications and International Affairs Center of Tehran Municipality, adding that “the good feeling ameliorates citizens’ relationships”.
During the closing ceremony, eight out of 81 selected articles were commended by Tehran Municipality, Tehran.ir reported.
The Deputy Mayor also stated that the valuable experiences gained at the forum will be published as a book to share with city experts and leaders.
